We (Cabell Davis, Qiao Hu, Josh Eaton) calibrated the VPRII on June 9, 2005 in the WHOI shop.

We first roughly aligned the camera (same lens settings as oc404_4) and strobe, then adjusted the angles further using the allen screw mirror rotation knobs on the end caps.  

The field of view was 12.5x13mm (WxH) and the depths of field at center and four corners of field of view are in imvol_dim.mat.



We used a tethered adult female Centropages hamatus for calibration.

We also aligned the strobe/camera for image quality using a juvenile mysid and crab zoea

The focus-detection settings are in oc415.vpr, which is the same as oc414.vpr
