File contains the converted cruise tracks from the Tioga cruise 10/20/2016.
The full cruise track is available in two sections in the csv file with the waypoints restarting as waypoint #1 each time...one track started at 0645 EDT and the other at 1102 EDT...during the conversion, all times became UTC, although the file name uses EDT as the time. There is about a 10 minute gap where the GPS signal was lost.
