WHOI Alexandrium Surveys 2005

Updates 10/3/2008


1.  Main page => Data inventory =>  Data inventory page:
Table is updated. 

2. Main page =>  cruises and surveys tables: 
 Cyst cruises OC416 and OSV Bold are added (without links).

3. All cruises and surveys pages: 
(1) Tables "Data": links are added to the newly placed Nutrients "merged" (all except  already done - oc412 and ti096).
(2) Tables "Matlab codes" are removed.

4.  Survey 4 (TI103, TI102) page => table "Data":
New links are added to the newly placed TI102 (6/15/05)  CTD and ATHENA data. Data was derived from 
the Tioga archive file ti_2005_06_15.tar.gz. ADCP is not available there.

5. Survey 6 (TI109) page =>  table "Data":
New links are added to the newly placed TI109 (6/28-29/05)  CTD and ATHENA data. Data was derived from 2 archive files ti_2005_06_28.tar.gz and  ti_2005_06_29.tar.gz. ADCP is not available there.
NOTES: 
(1) Looks like CTD file names were changed during the cruise. Names beginning from station #13 changed from "ti_109_..." to "ti_105_...".  Date/time coincides with TI109;
(2) The archive files also contain 2 directories named /ctd/1/6_16_05 and  /ctd/1/6_22_05 wich seem to be ti103 (6/16-17/05) and ti105 (6/22/05) CTD data. All stations are presented  for  ti105 and only 12 of 23 stations for ti103. Note that ti105 and ti103  archive files (ti_2005_06_16.tar.gz,  ti_2005_06_17.tar.gz,  ti_2005_06_22.tar.gz) do not contain any CTD data. This was not a problem, I alredy have  ti103 (from disk) and ti105 (probably from Bruce's flash drive) data.

6.   Main page => Surveys 5 (TI105) and 7 (TI112) tables (still no links there): 
Tioga ti105 and ti112 CTD, ADCP and Athena data is placed on the server without links. These cruises pages are not available because Alex is still not available.

7. Oceanus OC412 page => Table "Pictures":
Left unlinked - pictures are not available at the moment but may be could be found.

8. Oceanus OC415-1 page => Table "Data":
Links are added to the Athena and Athena90.
