This archive presents manually annotated DAVPR data from AR29.

Metadata can be found in 'ar29vprinfo_date_pos'. This is particularly
important in that DAVPR cast number is not the same as CTD cast number.

Files are numbered by DAVPR cast number.

Transect data in the metadata document is DAVPR transect number,
not cruise transect number.

Concentrations are in #/L.

Data is averaged by 1 m depth bin.

Do not use physical parameters within the files (e.g., temperature, 
chlorophyll, etc.) other than depth. 
Use the CTD files instead (this is the rosette VPR).

To obtain Phaeo colony concentration, use the following formula:
Phaeo_true = Phaeo + 2.5 * Phaeo_multi
