CRUISE_ID       A text file containing the ship, voyage and cruise designator
                for the data contained on this disk  (i.e. AR01-04 => Cruise 04
                of the 1st Neil Armstrong voyage).
adcp            Teledyne RDI 38kHz, 150kHz Ocean Surveyor and 300kHz Work Horse ADCP data files
ctd             SeaBird 911+ CTD raw data files
ctd/process     SeaBird 911+ CTD processed data files   
doc             Metadata documentation for the cruise including cruise.metadata with              
                important background information and notes for the cruise
ek80            Kongsberg EK80 (18/30/70/120/200kHz) raw data files
gravimeter      Lacoste BGM-3 Gravimeter data file
knudsen         Knudsen 12 kHz and 3.5 kHz chirp sonar bathymetry data
magnetometer	Marine Magnetics Seaspy magnetometer data 
multibeam       Kongsberg EM122 and EM710 raw data files

r2r             Rolling deck to repository 'elog' files

If a particular directory is not present on the Data drive, it indicates that
no data of that type was collected during the cruise.  Additional directories
may be added for storing data from special instrumentation.
