AR28B CTD data FINAL PROCESSING


Directory "process_final" contains CTD data processed after the cruise.


What is NEW in after the cruise processing:

(1) The latest version of SBE Data Processing Win32 used - V7.26.7 vs ship version V7.23.2;

(2) Additional modules used: Wild Edit, Filter and Loop Edit;

(3) Align CTD module used in both processing but with different advance time for Conductivity 1:

Ship: Conductivity 1 = 0.073, Conductivity 2 = 0.073;
Final: Conductivity 1 = 0, Conductivity 2 = 0.073.
Conductivity 1 advance time for this particular CTD configuration was included in the hardware.

Directory "data/ar28b_data/ctd/ctd_profs_ship_and_final_process/" includes several plots to demonstrate some of the processing results.
