-19001 is the name of cruise, this is also the first part of the file name.

-999 is the name or number of the cast, this is also the last part of the file name.

-process is the name of the subdirectory where the processed files go.  It must exist.

-Batch.txt is the name of the file that controls the Seabird portion of the processing.  It must exist and be in process.

-#w is an option use for modifying the .psa files (use this to modify the output).
