Note the traing rois in this hour for trich_raft and trich_puff are from the transcaribbean 2006 cruise kn185_15.  the trich_tuft1 folder from kn182_15 was renamed trich_raft. these training rois are used to supplement those sorted initially in this cruise to build a real time classifer for the vpr2 as we tow southward into tricho territory.  we have not obtained enough tricho rois yet from this cruise oc469 (as of oct 8 2010) to build a good classifier.  as we get more tricho rois from this cruise we will rebuild a new classifier as needed.

I also copied rod1 and rod2 trroi files from kn182_15 and pasted them into diatom_rod.
