Transmissometer had been noisy.  Cleaned connectors, still noisy.  Changed Y-cable for PAR/Tranmissometer.  Updated .con file, saved it as OC449-02_20080815.con .

Based on Taka Ito's comparison to winkler measurements, changed the following SBE43 Oxygen sensor calibration coefficients:

Alex Dorsk cleaned out transmissometer cable connections.  Transmissometer had been noisy.  After cleaning, regreasing, transmissometer data  was clean on cast oc449-02_018.

Created new .con file 'oc449-02_20080821.con' because Conductivity 2 sensor was not included in the .con file for aborted cast oc449-02_019.hex'.  Also, bottles had tripped unintentionally on cast oc449-02_018.  Alex Dorsk inspected the pylon-watersampler cable, found it loose, cleaned it out & re-attached.

PAR is no longer part of the package.  Alex Dorsk broke a pin on the PAR bottom connector.

Based on Taka Ito's comparison to winkler titrations, changed the following SBE43 Oxygen sensor calibration coefficients, and new configuration file is saved as 'oc449-02_20080901.con'.  The calibration is based on the regression of SBE43 Voltage onto 243 winkler O2 titrations where samples were collected from depth range of 0m to 5300m during cruise 449 leg 02.
