EN448 ADCP Notes

start w/ En435-OSBTBB4.ini  com port and baud rate were not correct for Nav
stop collection
restart w/ En448-OSBTBB4.ini
ADCP, files w/ proper Nav (without Nav errors) start with ADCP75_005.*  The Nav com port and baud rate were not correct on previous files.

YD180 0316z stop ADCP75 data collection that was using En448-OSBTBB4.ini
Velocities were East magnitude = 3.9m/s - unrealistic
restart w/ Endeavor's default v144_OSBTBB4.ini
ADCP, files created using v144_OSBTBB4.ini start with ADCP75_011.*  The difference between the files will have to be determined.
