Below are some potentially useful fortran codes for the A. fundyense biological model developed during the ECOHAB-Gulf of Maine project. Note: These codes are for model version 3.0. Several minor corrections to this model can be found at:

The most current version of the model is 3.1. All versions of the model are summarized in the model timeline at the above website.
