Alexandrium fundyense Germination and Growth Models
This
page contains detailed descriptions of the germination and growth
parameterizations for the toxic dinoflagellate Alexandrium fundyense developed during the ECOHAB-Gulf of Maine program. The detailed model descriptions herein
are up-to-date as of August 29,
2006. They include several minor corrections
to the functions presented in Stock et al. (2005), which are described here. The model timeline documents all versions of the model used
during the project.
