Values for the measured growth rates and salinities were not given in tabular
form, so they were picked off Fig. 2 in Prakash (see enclosed *.eps file).
The measurements are in log10.

These data are used in the salinity function only. It is notable that a
Prakash point at 40 ppt is the only point constraining the high salinity behavior
of the model.
