This directory contains data from Etheridge & Roesler (2005), Deep-Sea
Research II 52 (2005) 2491-2500.

This data was used for the temperature and salinity functions.
Data from the Bay of Fundy and Monhegan Island strains were
used.  The original data (for 4 strains) is in:
NE_Isolate_Growth.xls 

I ended up relying on John Cullen's measurements for the light
functionality.  The Cullen data is exceptionally well resolved
at low light levels.  Without this exceptional resolution, estimates
of the maintenance growth and, to a lesser extent, alpha, are uncertain.
