Data Processing
SeaSoar
The SeaSoar data processing steps and related issues are discussed in
general, as well as more specifically for the
individual Primer2, Primer3,
and Primer4 cruises.
ADCP
The Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler (ADCP) data were processed
with the CODAS (Common Oceanographic Data Access System) software package
developed and maintained by Dr. Eric Firing and his group at the University
of Hawaii. Its application to the Primer2, Primer3,
and Primer4 cruises as well as cruise-specific
data and instrument issues are described.
